Studio policies:
I make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Inspiraled Hair Studio. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let me know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been preformed.
Cancellation policy:
Each guests appointment is important to me. I want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. As a result, I respectfully request at least 24-48 hours notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give notice will result in a 25% charge. No shows will result in a 50% fee.
Late policy:
I understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, with that I allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrival in case you are unexpectedly delayed. If you think you are going to be late, please give me a call so that I can adjust my schedule. Failure to give notice will result in a 25% charge. (Refer to cancellation policy)
Deposits:
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit that is applied to your service amount. Deposits may be carried over if the appointment is moved at a minimum of 48 hours prior to original appointment. If your appointment is rescheduled out of the 24-48 hour window, a new deposit may be required to reschedule.
Refunds/redos:
All services are non-refundable but I will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
